✅ Eligibility Criteria

  1. The student must have attended at least 85% of live classes during the course.

  2. The student must have attempted all assigned mock tests and practice tasks.

  3. The student must have submitted all speaking and writing tasks within the timeline provided for evaluation.

  4. The guarantee is only applicable to students who enroll in the full IELTS / PTE course package (not applicable to demo classes, trial plans, or crash courses).

  5. The student must have genuinely attempted the IELTS / PTE exam and provide a copy of the TRF (Test Report Form) within 15 days of receiving the result.

  6. The refund is applicable only if the student does not achieve the promised band score, provided the target band was clearly communicated and agreed upon during enrollment.

⚠️ Exclusions

  • Refund is not applicable for change of mind, personal issues, or non-attendance.

    • TRF copy (official IELTS / PTE score report)

  4. Our academic team will review the request within 7–10 business days.

  5. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original mode of payment within 10 business days.
