4. Payments & Refunds

• All course fees are to be paid in full (or as per the agreed installment).

• Payments once made are non-refundable. Since our seats get blocked for the whole the course once you enroll. 

5. Class Attendance & Access

• For live classes, punctuality and regular attendance are expected.

• Recordings (if offered) are accessible for a limited time and only for personal use.

• Sharing your access credentials or paid resources with others is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide the best quality coaching and guidance, StudySmartly.in does not guarantee a specific IELTS or PTE score, as results depend on personal effort, practice, and consistency.

We are not liable for:

• Any academic or career outcomes

• Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen technical or operational issues
